Villa B.
A reinterpretation of the villa. Spacious, but not aloof. Elegant, but not elitist. Clear, but not cold. For the new construction of a family home near Munich, we have optimized all floor plans and created a contemporary concept of living. Large built-in units made of oak wood, natural lime plaster walls, and polished cement floors provide peace and harmony. Sustainability is achieved through the selection of materials and the timeless style.

A grand entrance – styled with spacious wood built-ins that conceal the doors to each of the children’s bedroom. The long bench doubles as storage space, effortlessly smoothing into the staircase. Along the stairwell and beneath the cabinets, warm light strips follow subtly together as if a personal light installation. The house stands not for what you see, but leisure you can enjoy even in the details.
Clear and cozy.

To provide a restful atmosphere, the design emphasizes simplicity and clarity. The parent’s bedroom and master bathroom are hidden behind bespoke wooden built-ins, reducing visual clutter and creating a peaceful retreat. The dressing area features a unique and captivating optical illusion – a full-length mirror that creates the illusion of a long hallway, complete with skillfully placed spotlights that add to the ambiance.
Serenity through details.

The plastered walls, wooden surfaces, and furniture are all bathed in warm, monochromatic tones that serve as a backdrop for the stunning light displays created by our skilled lighting designers. At .PEAM, we always search for distinctive vintage pieces to add character and charm to our projects, and the lounge chair from the 70s is no exception. We’ve even enhanced its cozy appeal with the addition of our REST ceiling. Together, these elements create a harmonious and inviting space that feels both stylish and comfortable.
Spacious. Abundant. Calm.

The bathroom is the most important sanctuary in the house. Warm wood and elegant travertine tiles create a contrast that is both calming and invigorating, striking the perfect balance between rusticity and elegance.
Creating a Calming Oasis with Wood and Stone.

Creating a cozy haven.

Already captivating and full of life, the spackled walls need no added distraction like paintings, and uses elegant custom-made designer lighting to enhance the desired coziness of the ambience.

Next to the Danish classic ‘Canvas Chair’ by Børge Mogensen (1970), you’ll find the new .PEAM Sidetable TURN ME made of black powder-coated steel. This combination not only looks great, but TURN ME can also be rotated 90 degrees for either more width or more height.
Finding the Perfect Pairing.

A custom-made kitchen crafted from solid oak combined with travertine takes center stage on the upper level, surrounded by the central living and workspaces offering breathtaking mountain views. These spaces are far enough from the tranquility of the lower level, yet close enough to nature, providing an abundance of light and fascination.
