Anything but an ordinary doctor’s practice
Flooded with sunlight and warmth. For this exceptional practice, our task was to create a space that feels safe and even more welcoming to its patients. The wooden blinds met with the monochrome materials and custom-made South Tyrolean oak furniture , make for a positive and relaxed atmosphere.
Miguel Milá designed his wall lamp Wally in 1962 for Santa & Cole. In the practice today it adds a timeless modern touch that creates a pleasant light.
Worthy of note is the reception ans waiting area; wooden-clad and a stone bench that seems to grow out elegantly from the floor. This makes the entrance area look even more calm and compact.
The specially designed lighting and overall detail are reminiscent of Japandi design, the combination of modern Scandinavian and Japanese interior design.
Japandi: minimalism meets functionality.
As natural light filters through from the outside and highlights the subtle colors and rich textures of the carefully selected materials, the small staff lounge provides a quiet and relaxed atmosphere.
A little oasis away from hectic daily life.
